Manage a Child's Prescriptions
To become an Rx Caregiver for a child, you'll need a CVS.com account, the child's date of birth and information from one of his or her prescriptions.
Note: You must be the child's legal guardian and he or she must be under 18. If your child is older, you'll need to follow the steps for an adult.
Manage an Adult's Prescriptions
To become an adult Rx Caregiver, you will need to ask for access to your recipes through our secure process.
You will need a CVS.com account, the email address of your family member (which must be different from yours) and information from one of his recipes. You will go through three simple steps to confirm your identity, and then send an authorization request to family members.
Your adult family member should respond to your request, then set up your CVS.com account, add recipes to it, and allow your access.
